Filipino turkey rice health benefits

Filipino turkey rice, also known as Arroz Valenciana, is a traditional Filipino dish made with rice, turkey, and various vegetables and spices. This dish provides a balanced mix of carbohydrates, proteins, and fiber. Turkey is an excellent source of lean protein, which helps in building and repairing tissues in the body. Additionally, the vegetables used in the dish provide essential vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin A, vitamin C, iron, and potassium.
