- 3 cups jasmine rice, rinsed and drained
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- Heat the oil in a large wok or pot over high heat.
