How long does fujan tilapia rice last in the fridge?

Generally, cooked rice can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 to 6 days if it has been properly stored in an airtight container to prevent any bacterial growth. The same applies to Fujian tilapia rice, which should be allowed to cool to room temperature before being transferred to an airtight container and stored in the refrigerator. It is important to note that the longer the rice is stored, the drier it tends to become, so it is best to consume it within the first few days. Additionally, any leftover tilapia should be stored separately from the rice and consumed within 2 to 3 days. Reheated rice should be eaten immediately, and any leftovers that have been reheated should not be re-refrigerated but discarded.

What to serve with a fujan tilapia rice?

Fujan tilapia rice is a flavorful dish that is quite filling on its own. However, to add some variety and additional nutrients to the meal, you could serve it with a side of vegetables like roasted asparagus or steamed broccoli.
