How long does indonesian brussel sprout rice last in the fridge?

Indonesian Brussels sprout rice can be stored in the fridge for up to three to four days after cooking. It is essential to allow the rice to cool down before storing it in an airtight container in the fridge. When reheating, ensure that the rice is heated thoroughly and reaches a temperature of at least 165°F (74°C) to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria that could cause foodborne illness. It is also important to note that the texture and flavor of the rice may alter slightly after being stored in the fridge, but it can still be safe to eat as long as it has been stored under proper conditions.
