- 2 cups of jasmine rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- Rinse the jasmine rice in a fine-mesh strainer and let it drain for 20-30 minutes.
