  • 3 tbs sugar
  • 3 tbs gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tbs sesame oil
  • 2 tbs cooking oil
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cups cooked rice

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the thinly sliced goatmeat, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and gochujang. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a pot or large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated goat meat mixture and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until it turns brown.
  4. Add sliced onions, sliced carrots, sliced shiitake mushrooms, and chopped green onions. Continue stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to medium and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the goatmeat is cooked and slightly tender.
  6. Finally, add the enoki mushrooms and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
