  • 1 1/2 cups Basmati rice, rinsed and drained

  • 1 tbsp. Canola oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped

  • 2 tbsp. Curry powder
  • 1 tsp. Ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground cinnamon
  • 1 Bay leaf

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of canola oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
